Embrace the festive season with a special morning of Indian block printing in the beautiful surroundings of the Ickworth Estate, cared for by the National Trust.
Ickworth House, with its distinctive Rotunda and rich history, provides a wonderful backdrop for a morning of creativity. Your workshop will take place in a private area of the house that is not normally open to the public, making this a particularly special opportunity to experience Ickworth.
During this relaxed and welcoming two-hour workshop, you’ll learn the traditional art of Indian block printing and have access to hundreds of beautifully hand-carved wooden blocks and a wide range of fabric paint colours. Choose from festive blocks to create something seasonal for your home or a thoughtful handmade Christmas gift, or explore botanical, floral, animal and decorative designs to create something you can enjoy all year round.
